By purchasing services or products through www.ClayCounselingTx.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Counseling Services

Payment for counseling services is due according to the payment arrangements established before your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to fees as outlined in your client agreement or applicable scheduling platform policies.

Insurance providers generally do not reimburse missed appointment fees.

Insurance Appointments

Insurance appointments are currently available exclusively through the Wellnite platform.

Questions regarding insurance claims, copayments, deductibles, or billing should be directed to Wellnite or your insurance provider.

Digital Products

Journey of Life™ digital resources are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, all digital product sales are generally considered final.

Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error.

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product.

  • Corrupted or incomplete download files.

  • An incorrect product was delivered due to our error.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds Will Not Be Provided For

If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing a purchased product, please contact Clay Counseling Services before requesting a refund.

Many issues can be resolved by:

  • Providing a new download link.

  • Replacing a damaged or corrupted file.

  • Assisting with download instructions.

  • Correcting technical delivery issues.

Product Quality

Journey of Life™ resources are carefully developed to provide educational, therapeutic, and faith-based support.

Individual experiences and outcomes may vary. Because learning styles, counseling needs, and personal preferences differ, purchases are not eligible for refund based solely on personal satisfaction.

Unauthorized Sharing

Your purchase includes a limited license to use the resource according to the applicable Digital Product License Agreement.

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been:

  • Shared with others.

  • Copied or redistributed.

  • Uploaded to websites or cloud-sharing services.

  • Posted on social media.

  • Used in violation of the Digital Product License Agreement.

Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of your license and additional legal remedies available under United States copyright law.

Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact Clay Counseling Services before initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider.

Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges and may be disputed with the payment processor.
