Private Pay - Service Fees

Individual Therapy
(50 minutes – CPT 90837) - $40

Couples Therapy
(50 minutes – CPT 90847) - $50

Family Therapy
(50 minutes – CPT 90847) - $85

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Appointment Policies

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session rate.

No-Show Policy

Appointments missed without prior notice will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled session fee.

Inactive Clients

If three consecutive weeks pass without scheduling an appointment and no prior arrangements have been made, the professional counseling relationship may be considered inactive, and your case may be closed in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
